In order to set up your CaroMont Health MyChart account, we will verify your identity through a third-party verification system using the information you provided. Once your identity has been verified, you will be able to immediately activate your account.
To verify your identity, Experian will perform a soft credit check. This check allows us to confirm your identity and protect you from identity theft. The check does not affect your credit score.

On July 1, 2021, all CaroMont Health MyChart users will be automatically enrolled to receive paperless statements. This change not only helps you access your statements quicker, and in the same place you manage your health online, it also supports a cleaner, greener environment!If you wish to continue to receive statements by mail, please visit the Billing page and select "cancel paperless billing."
